DSP Media will be suing USD $132,000 for using Jaekyung’s picture without her permission to boost the clinic’s business, and for the damages received from spreading false information.
DSP Media stated, “Kim Jaekyung has never received plastic surgery for her eyes or the outline of her face. They uploaded Kim Jaekyung’s high school graduation and pre-debut photos on their blog and spoke as if she received plastic surgery.”
According to the Seoul Central District Court, DSP Media and Kim Jaekyung filed a damage suit against the director of a plastic surgery clinic and their promotion admin.
