March 18, 2010The latest dark soshi concept song by SNSD – Run Devil Run was originally sung by English pop singer – Kesha.
It was reported that this song was an unofficial song by Kesha and was leaked a couple of years back.
SNSD had bought the rights for this song as Kesha did not officially released “Run Devil Run”, it was leaked as a demo track.

SNSDSingapore trending for #darksoshi timing confirmed!
March 14, 2010SNSDSingapore will be trending #darksoshi together with a few other SNSD fan communities’ twitter accounts on the midnight (GMT +9 Korea Time) of March 18, 2010.
SNSD! Connect had joined in as well and posted an announcement on their homepage. (http://www.snsd.cc/news/trending-darksoshi-on-march-18th/)
Let’s hope that Twitter will be able to resolve their errors by then; because many Twitter profiles aren’t accessible due to some errors from Twitter today.
Just a side note, #SONEforSNSD is on the list of Twitter trending topics now.

SONES upset by lightsticks incident
March 14, 2010It appeared that there were lightsticks being thrown at the girls from SNSD at the White Day Big Concert held on 14th March.
Sooyoung kept her cool and stayed calm throughout. She was then reported saying : “those who threw their glow sticks should take them back.”
In close observation, the lightsticks being thrown were green in colour.
As quoted from Soshified :
“SONEs are not going to sit here n do nothing. Neither are we going to go on a rampage and insult the international fans of that fandom who ATTEMPTED to insult our girls. Just because we are still respectful.
What SONEs do influenced what other fandoms view us AND our girls. We are not going to affect the girls’ image just because we are angry. Sooyoung kept her cool despite facing headon those lightsticks, we are going to follow her example.
We are angry, hurt, sad, worried, pissed. We are going to show the WORLD that SONEs are here for SNSD always. People can try, but they will never get to the girls because SONEs are this strong, this good, to protect the kids.”

Yuri recovered from Swine Flu; dark concept photo revealed
March 11, 2010After recovering from Swine Flu and that Yuri will resume her activities returning to hosting Music Core, her black SNSD concept photo was also released.
Starting from 11 March, the dark concept photos of the girls will be revealed until the 15th. Yuri was the first to be revealed; Also to note, the dark concept will be for a new song which is not in their Oh! album.
On a lighter note, SNSD will be taking a break to prepare themselves for their new track. Thus, they will not be appearing in any music shows this week.
